Getting Paid Commission

Commissions Paid – 6%

TexAmericas Center has created a financial incentive for commercial and industrial real estate agents to participate in the redevelopment of TexAmericas Center and the economic growth of the greater Texarkana region.  TexAmericas Center will pay a commission on the sale of owned business park lots, existing buildings, and the lease of owned buildings and ground.

Real estate agents will receive a 6% commission* acting as a buyer’s representative on the sale or lease of TexAmericas Centers-owned lots and buildings in the TexAmericas Center East, Central and West campuses.  In total, TexAmericas Center owns 12,000 acres and 3,000,000 square feet of commercial/industrial product.

Land prices range depending on location and use:

Fully serviced, park interior and highway frontage properties available.

  • $15,000 per acre for industrial shovel-ready acreage in each campus
  • $10,000 per acre for partially serviced industrial lots on each campus
  • $25,000 per acre for commercial (office-retail) shovel-ready lots in each campus
