TEXAMERICAS CENTER LANDS NEW OFFICE TENANT

Presents commission check to local commercial realtor

Texarkana, AR-TX, 1BJuly 7, 2016– Michael D. (Mike) Kelly with Texarkana Legacy Group, a local Commercial Real Estate Company, was presented with a commission check for bringing a new tenant to TexAmericas Center that signed a one-year lease and has the option to renew the lease for up to 2 and half additional years. The lease commenced on June 1, 2016.
VSE Corporation, headquartered in Alexandria, VA, is a new tenant leasing office space on TexAmericas Centers Central campus at 228 Texas Avenue. The space is approximately 5,946 square feet. The nature of work to be performed is office operations. The company is expected to create 18 full time jobs and invest $175,000.
