Expansion to bring 20 new jobs to the area

Texarkana, AR-TX, January 29, 2020 – TexAmericas Center headquartered in the Texarkana metropolitan area is pleased to announce our current tenant Loc Performance Products, Inc. headquartered in Plymouth, MI, will expand their space into an adjacent warehouse at 554 Elm Circle, Hooks, TX 75561. The space to be leased is approximately 22,150. Loc Performance will take occupancy of the space on February 1, 2020. The nature of work to be performed onsite is for materials that will be shipped to the buildings, stored, repackaged onsite and then shipped to the destination. The lease term will continue for a period of four (4) months, terminating on the 31st day of May, 2021. Loc has the option to extend the lease beginning on June 1, 2021. The company has the option to extend the lease for six (6) additional periods of one (1) year each. The company is expected to retain about 25 jobs and create 20 additional jobs. The company’s operational budget; TAC and tenant buildout; FF&E; and M&E for the expansion is estimated to be over $500,000.
